HOT BRASS FORGING
This company can forge component in brass (leaning on decades-old partners) and processing them in transfer machinery (automatic load and CNC, up to 25 heads operating on three axes), CNC and "working centre".
For molding till 1", Hatebur presses are used, while for more complex and/or heavy parts, Hydromec presses up to 500 tons are used.
It's possible to create nuts (hexagonal and octagonal nuts, flanged nuts, ring nuts, tangs, caps, nipples) and various components up to 4".
On CNC, it's possible work bars till Ø70mm.

The company can also guarantee the medium/long-term storage service.
There is a technical office that deals the feasibility study and analysis of the project provided. We collaborate with our customers to define the entire manufacturing process, resolving any critical issues in the preliminary phase and identifying production methodologies and timing. We are also available to create resin molds and prototypes.
