O-RING
We collaborate with a company specialized in the molding elastomers with different purposes: o-rings, washers, disks, customized items...
All processes, from moulding to trimming, from tumbling to facing, are carried out completely within the company. This allows us to check the product during each phase of manufacture.
The O-Ring range includes 8.000 sizes, each of which can be realised in 15 types of standard compounds, with 20 different hardness values. It's also possible to create different combinations upon customer request.
In parallel with the continuous production of O-Rings, parts are created based on specific drawings provided by customers. Inside our company, we have a particularly equipped mechanical workshop department, in which we project and create molds for the production of customized parts, for production or for supply to the customer. In our production department there are over 8,000 different moulds.
Company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and UNI ISO 14001:2015.
Products have obtained product certification according to European and American standards: EN 549, EN 681 WA e WB, BGA, BS 6920, NF, NSF 61, ACS, DVGW-KTW, WRC-WRAS..
