                                                    BRASS BALLS 

We collaborate with a company that produces brass balls : two-way, with three or four holes, with platens and double slits, with vent holes, with inclined platens… 

We can produce spheres from Ø 13 to Ø152.5 both based on the customer's drawings and as standard production. There is a storage site for the finished product, suitable to satisfy the multiple needs of the market. 

The production process are made from a work centre or using two/more machinaries starting from brass bars,from solid moulded brass balls or from moulded insert balls. 

The following treatments can be performed : 

·      Diamond-coated (internal) ; 

·      Rolled  (internal) ; 

·      Chrome-plated (external); 

·      Barrel chrome-plated (external); 

·      Barrel nickel-plated (external); 

·      Teflon treatments (external). 

They are able to work various brass alloys (CW602-617-613-510...) and thay have the following certifications: 

·      ISO 6001:2015; 

·      ISO 50001:2018;
