SINGLE SPINDLE/SLIDING HEAD
We represent 3 companies specialized in the sector of bar turning with CNC sliding headstock lathes and fixed head lathes. The processed materials are:
· Brass;
· Ferrous materials (steel and stainless steel,Fe…);
· Aluminium.
Each company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and specialized in a specific sector:
· From Ø2 to Ø40 in brass;
· From Ø2 to Ø40 in ferrous material;
· From Ø40 to Ø80 in brass and ferrous material.
Optimal lots range are from 1.000 pieces to 20.000 pieces.
We operate in all the sectors previously listed: automotive, hydraulics, valves…
The constant updating of the machinaries park associated with improvements in the quality department, guarantees high competitiveness and an excellent quality/price ratio.
We can carry out heat and surface treatments by relying on external companies.
One of the companies represented, can bending and crimping parts internally.
